We are mainly specialized in the manufacture of metal/plastic hardware products, which are widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, furniture, construction, toys, automotive/motorcycle, machinery, kitchen home appliances, and other fields. Now, our export sales turnover rises by 30% steadily each year.

Our factory covers an area of 8,500 square meters, which houses more than 500 sets of high precision equipment, which are used for stamping parts, stamping die, CNC milling parts, CNC lathe parts, and auto lathe parts, spring, screw, rivet, and shaft as well as various kinds of custom hardware parts with a material of cast steel chassis for strength and security. All working mechanisms are encased in heavy-duty solid brass, bronze, aluminum, or stainless steel housing incorporating true ANSI/BHMA architectural finishes. About our QC line, it has the equipment for salt spray test, three-dimensional projectors (TDP), Rockwell apparatus, coating/plating film thickness tester, and more.

Mass production, surface finish, packing, shipping and after-sales services.
Site Advantages
We are located in Dongguan, the manufacturing heaven, where we have experienced workers, and complete industry support for the material, surface treatment, and various production ways. We are close to Hongkong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. It just takes about half an hour to Guangzhou by highway and two hours to Hong Kong by car.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
With more than 10 experienced staff, our QC department includes groups for IQC, IPQC, OQC and QE. Our IQC person will strictly monitor the quality of all incoming materials and components. Our PQC staff constantly inspects all manufacturing stages and instantly reports feedback on all levels, allowing effective evaluation and corrective measures. Moreover, all the finished products are regularly and frequently verified by FQC person to achieve the goal of zero deficiency.

Sample test - sample confirm - make the SOP - LQC - FQC - check before shipment.
Origin of Materials and Components
All the raw materials need the RoHS, size as requested, need to provide the material certificate, all as RoHS and Salt spray test.

Sample Policy
1. Sales according to the sample request of the customer. 2. Engineer manager confirms if needs to pay for the sample fee and cost. 3.Customer confirms the sample. 4. Arrange the meeting of sample production (engineer department and our production department).
Guarantee
We will guarantee the quality meets the customer drawing (every item on the drawing). If not okay, we will make up for or return the sample fee to the customer.
